Quelea breeding forecast for Eastern Africa 2005/2006 season

This East African quelea forecasting system is a prototype developed with funds from the Crop Protection Programme (CPP project R8426) of the Renewable Natural Resources Research Strategy (RNRRS) of the UK Government's Department for International Development (DFID). Funding from the RNRRS ceased in January 2006, as the programme began to wind down: the RNRRS will cease to exist on 31st March 2006.

We regret that we are thus now unable to continue with additional forecasts beyond January 2006.
