CONTAMINATION VIA IRRIGATION WATER : PROCEDURES

Procedure: Test water supply for presence of E. coli and coliform bacteria
Frequency of use: Test bore-holes annually and reservoirs and rivers quarterly
Remedial Action: Stop use of contaminated water until corrected. Identify and rectify source of contamination
Records: Record test results and corrective action taken
