| Procedure: | Test water supply for presence of E. coli and coliform bacteria |
| Frequency of use: | Test bore-holes annually and reservoirs and rivers quarterly |
| Remedial Action: | Stop use of contaminated water until corrected. Identify and rectify source of contamination |
