MINIMUM QUALITY REQUIREMENTS

Quality - the product must be:

  • Intact and fresh in appearance;
  • Clean and free from any impurity or visible trace of chemicals used;
  • Free from all abnormal external moisture;
  • Free from foreign smell and or taste.

Integrity - the product must:

  • Be sufficiently developed and display satisfactory ripeness;
  • Withstand transport and handling;
  • Arrive at the destination in a satisfactory condition;
  • Meet market requirements.
